The weekend....

This weekend brought what to me felt like the first tangible results - and by that I mean that things were actually being put together instead of just torn apart. Saturday we disposed of all the vinyl siding in 4 truckloads/2 trips to the landfill. Then the priming began. The entire downstairs except for the kitchen (b/c it still lacks a wall) and the back foyer (b/c I ran out of painter's tape) are primed and we got a first coat of color on the bedroom and living room walls - also got all the ceilings done (again except back foyer and kitchen - back foyer due to tape issues and kitchen due to fact that the ceiling has some mortar on it that needs to be removed as if the previous owners briefly considered tiling the ceiling.....
